Who ever said working out had to be boring? At these 45 minute boot camps we engage in total body exercises in a circuit-like training environment.These boot camps are the perfect combination of fun and challenging that will have you excited for the next session. These boot camps are held weekly!

Last SUNDAY of each month we take our bootcamps to the beach to watch the sunrise while we exercise!
