"As a childcare professional for over 11 years I have had the opportunity to learn a copious amount from the children I have encountered. Being able to explore new avenues and and apply it to teaching practices whether it be fitness or academic is something that is not only rewarding but fulfilling as well. The children are our future, it is up to us adults to plant these seeds of "Healthy Habits" and insight. " -Renee Konoski

WHAT IS D.R.i.P Kidz?
D.R.i.P Kidz is a fitness service that is offered to but not limited to childcare facilities. These classes are 30 minutes long and are packed with fun fitness activities that the kids will be sure to love. We use a large array of different equipment from everyday household items to more formal equipment to keep the children engaged.
The focus of D.R.i.P Kidz is to introduce the youth to the importance of healthy choices and fitness. In each class we teach the children about the importance of stretching , warming-up, and fitness overall. In these classes children will have the opportunity to engage in fitness related activities in a fun, safe and exciting way from relays to sports they can play almost anywhere. As stated earlier some of the equipment used are household items and in introducing the children to these types of options we want to open the door of imagination and innovation so that they can see that fitness is something that they can do anywhere, with almost anything, and make it their own.
Not only in these classes do we teach and explore ways of being active and staying healthy we also encourage and prioritize individuality, self-confidence, and good sportsmanship. With the incorporation of colors , shapes, number's, chronological order
D.R.i. P Kidz is a program that will not only promote motor development but also cognitive development as well.
