Have you ever heard of the "80/20 Rule?" Well, here is where  Nutritional Guidance comes into play. In order to sustain a healthy state of being you need to eat healthy 80 % of the time and exercise 20% of the time. This is where I help guide  you on how to eat healthier and ultimately help you make it a Lifestyle choice. I'm a firm believer of how balance in life is key.
